Role OverviewThis position has been created as part of the expansion of the Sales Organization to strengthen the company’s presence in Poland and Eastern Europe. The recruiter is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and customer engagement for the company’s automation solutions, focusing on sortation systems, conveyor technology, and integrated warehouse automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies for the company’s intralogistics portfolio in Poland and neighboring Eastern European markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with logistics providers, e-commerce companies, and industrial clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across the region.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling complex automation solutions (preferably intralogistics or material handling systems).
- Proven track record in sortation systems, conveyor technology, and exposure to other warehouse automation solutions (e.g., AS/RS, AMRs).
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania, Baltics).
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
