** We are hiring our future Key Account Manager on a permanent basis to join our Sales Team in Poland.
** You would be covering 3 districts in the West:
Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie and Dolnośląskie.

** Let's talk about you and the team:
** You will be working as part of the Polish Sales team and reporting to our National Sales Manager.
** Let's talk about the tasks and responsibilities:
*** Achievement of budget targets in Poland
* Actively participates in the implementation of the sales’ team strategy in his/her daily work.
* Ensures the high quality of services provided to customers through his work and by actively participating in the implementation of processes and operations’ improvements.
* Manages the sales activities across his/her region so that all activities are appropriately focused on opportunities & customer needs and that his/her efforts are efficiently spread in relation to size of opportunity & customers.
* Develops and maintains a strong network to Key Opinion Leaders in own territory.
* Creates strong networks within clinics and hospitals, mainly between decision-makers, medical specialists, nurses and buyers.
* Cooperates with Product Managers, Sales Operations and with Customer Service so that all functions and roles in the organization are aligned with sales activities.
* Participate in developing product campaigns, promotional and educational activities
* Proposes, plans and executes approved activities which help market development or customer capacity development
* Increase number of clients and strengthen of customer loyalty.
* Generates a market leadership position by increasing and maintaining the networks between hospitals and individual specialists involved into patients´ pathway
* Initiates different activities such as trainings, demonstrations, workshops, and panel discussions in clinics and hospitals.
* Participates in symposiums, congresses and conferences.
** Let’s talk about qualifications and experience:
*** Polish native language
* Good knowledge of English is a must
* Medical or Technical degree (e.g. bioengineer, nurse, physiotherapist), qualification in sales is an asset.
