OEM Account Manager – Machine Vision

Must be based in Germany, Austria or France

Must speak fluent Germany or Fluent French + English

We are looking for a salesperson with experience in OEM sales to take ownership of assigned territory, develop and execute sales strategy and score, when the time is right!
Develop strong relationships with new and existing account around Germany and France, present our product and shine leading customer presentations!

• Use advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
• Provide input into development of business products/services
• Develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs and create customer partnerships
• Develop business solutions, coordinate and present the solutions meet customer needs
• Act as a resource to customers based on intimate knowledge of relevant industries and needs
• Lead problem resolution, identify appropriate resources, develop contingency plans
• Lead negotiations on complex deals
• Be responsible for revenue attainment, margins where appropriate, and personal expenses

• Technical degree a plus, computer science or engineering background preferred
• 5-8 years of applicable work experience
• Fluent English AND German AND French
• Understanding of OEM sales strategy
• Required Knowledge of Customer - Industry strategies and customer positioning
• Experience in automotive or packaging industry would be advantage
• Ability to develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
• Strong presentation skills
• Salesforce experience is a plus
