Location: Town of Poland
Your mission
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated sales representative in Poland.
- You will actively build and expand our market presence in your region, focusing on acquiring new customers and long-term business development
- You will manage and develop relationships with existing customers through regular site visits, consultations and professional support
- You will regularly visit engineering and design offices and maintain close cooperation with them to support tendering processes, influence design decisions at an early stage and strategically position our solutions in future construction projects
- You will prepare and monitor customer meetings, develop tailored offers, calculate project and rental costs, and negotiate purchase and rental agreements
- You will coordinate project implementation in close cooperation with our internal teams and actively participate in strategic initiatives aimed at market penetration and development
- Higher commercial or technical education, preferably with experience in field sales — ideally in civil or foundation engineering
- Good technical knowledge of construction machinery and processes, and confidence in advising customers on complex applications.
- Sales-oriented: motivated to achieve targets, strive for customer satisfaction and create new business opportunities
- Willingness to travel and valid driving licence
- Knowledge of English and/or German
