• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and respond to guest concerns
• Promote current promos, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty benefits and enroll guests as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, following safety and company practices
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy
• Demonstrate how to use Target App features and services (e.g., Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering)
• Assist guests with returns following Target policies and involve leadership as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and related duties with compliance to laws, including applicable beverage regulations
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Accurately handle checkout operations and cash office support as needed
• Capability to lift up to 44 pounds and frequently move merchandise with or without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Be mobile for the duration of the shift; tolerate varying temperatures and working conditions related to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
