The role of Project Quality Leader is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Gliwice, Poland
.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project quality results and customer satisfaction
• Act as the main quality interface between project team and customer
• Support plant quality teams during launch and ramp-up phases
• Lead APQP process and validate deliverables before customer presentation
• Identify and elevate gaps in quality deliverables
• Represent OPmobility in customer reviews, complaints, and product quality discussions
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage own development hours and support change evaluation processes
• Report quality status and risks to the Customer Quality Manager
• Support change management for product/process updates requiring APQP documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in project quality management, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of APQP and customer-specific quality requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with plant quality organizations
• Familiarity with basic tools and systems (e.g. 8D, risk analysis, IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, control plan)
• English and Polish language is a must
• Excellent communication and escalation skills in customer-facing roles
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify gaps and risks in quality deliverables
