New opportunities have arisen for experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurses with previous surgical experience to work across the 36‑bed Surgical Ward at a private hospital in Sydney. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering safe, research‑based standards of nursing care
• Supporting patients through their recovery period
• Contributing to quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes
• Acting as a role model for safe, compassionate practice

You will be managing high‑acuity patients with complex post‑operative needs, offering you the opportunity to deepen your clinical expertise in a supportive and well‑resourced environment.

• Current AHPRA registration
• 1‑2 years of surgical nursing experience
• Working with Children check
• Specialty nursing experience – general adult surgery:
  Bariatrics, Colorectal, Plastics
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Sound clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Works well independently and within a team
• Intermediate computer skills

$39.09 - $54.89 per hour.
