We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to scale GoMining's revenue through high-performing referral and affiliate partners. This role focuses on attracting, onboarding, and growing partners who can consistently bring paying users. You will experiment with different acquisition approaches — from direct outreach to agencies and affiliate networks — and scale what works.
Responsibilities- Identify and test acquisition channels for affiliate and referral partners (bloggers, KOLs, communities, agencies, platforms)
- Find, approach, and onboard new partners into the GoMining referral program
- Work directly with affiliate agencies, influencer platforms, and partner aggregators
- Guide partners to their first conversions and revenue, helping them understand how to promote the product effectively
- Test and validate acquisition hypotheses (partner types, geos, offers, messaging)
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline (ideally Monday CRM): leads, stages, communication, results
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners (both successful and unsuccessful) to improve acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with account managers, product, marketing, and analytics teams to scale revenue from the channel
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or business development
- Proven experience working with affiliates, agencies, or performance partners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus)
- Understanding of performance marketing, creator economy, and digital acquisition channels
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or web3 is a plus, but not required
- English level B2+ (daily communication with international partners)
