We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Tik Tok) to join our team.

• Tik Tok Ads campaigns launch and optimization.
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, Apps Flyer, internal CRM, and other tools.
• Channels scaling without CPA growth.
• Improve ROI and other key metrics.
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.

• Tik Tok expert with at least 1 year of experience (Tik Tok certificate will be an additional advantage).
• Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• English is B2 or higher.
• Russian C1+ (must have).

• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time.
