This role is part of our Ayrshare team, one of our growing brands up.

Ayrshare is the number one Social Media API for SaaS platforms, AI companies and Digital Agencies. We offer one API to publish, schedule, analyze, converse, and message across 13 social networks. Our platform is a highly stable (near-100% uptime) headless API, built by developers for developers. We’re used by hundreds of companies and thousands of engineers worldwide.

Today Ayrshare handles enterprise scale - we handle 20 million API calls and publish 20,000 posts every day - but we’re not selling to enterprises. You’ll work closely with our CEO and a small senior engineering team to help expand this legendary product for engineers into marketing, product and growth teams to unlock bigger deals and new sales channels.

Profile Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to define, build, and execute the marketing strategy for Ayrshare, drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to building a high-performing marketing team; you’ll work closely with the CEO and Engineering to align on messaging, product positioning, and market opportunities. You’ll be key to accelerating user adoption, establishing new marketing playbooks, and setting high standards for all external communications.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Take full ownership of the marketing funnel, from brand awareness to lead generation, prioritizing channels that drive high-quality developer and business leads.
  • Design and implement a repeatable marketing motion, refining messaging and channel strategies with a strong focus on social media, especially You Tube and Reddit.
  • Establish a robust content strategy, creating technical and business-focused materials that clearly articulate Ayrshare's API value proposition.
  • Drive significant growth in organic traffic, MQLs, and community engagement, establishing Ayrshare as a thought leader in the Social Media API space.
  • Maintain our extremely successful SEO / AEO rankings
Your responsibilities
  • Build, refine, and own the full marketing strategy, covering content, social media, SEO, paid media, and community engagement.
  • Manage internal and external agencies and ad spend
  • Drive and execute social media strategies on platforms like You Tube and Reddit to engage developers and high-growth companies, leveraging your deep API knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define and refine Ayrshare’s market positioning, pricing, and overall product narrative.
  • Develop and track marketing KPIs to drive performance and accountability; maintain rigorous reporting on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Sales teams to ensure marketing collateral and product features are aligned with market demand.
  • Source and manage partnerships that expand Ayrshare’s reach within the AI and low-/no-code ecosystems.
What You bring to the table
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully leading marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • In-depth experience and comfort with API products and platform marketing, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expert-level understanding of social media marketing, including hands-on experience and a strategic vision for platforms like You Tube and Reddit.
  • A structured, analytical, and data-driven mindset; resourceful and resilient in a high-autonomy environment.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
