Job Overview
As a Growth Marketing Associate, your primary focus will be user acquisition, conversion, and onboarding. This role requires a dynamic and data‑driven individual with a deep understanding of luxury markets, and a proven track record in digital marketing and acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement community lead generation strategies to support targeted, sustainable growth.
- Maintain a marketing calendar for your dedicated region to plan and execute lead‑generation activities (social media campaigns, ads, partnerships, outreach programs, and direct recruitment).
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Lead the development and execution of lead generation campaigns across all channels, including online, offline, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams globally to align campaigns with business objectives, brand identity, and compliance.
- Implement campaign tracking dashboards and reporting strategies to measure performance.
- Implement direct recruitment campaigns to identify and onboard fully qualified evaluators.
- Monitor and manage campaigns across platforms to maximize user acquisition while maintaining cost‑effectiveness.
- Collect, manage, and analyze marketing data from Hub Spot, Meta, and internal databases to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and data‑driven optimization strategies to enhance acquisition efforts.
- Provide regular reports on paid advertising and recruitment initiative performance.
- Identify new growth opportunities to expand reach and grow the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers.
- Explore locally relevant online and offline channels.
- Test and experiment with new tactics to drive innovation.
- Work closely with the Operations team to streamline onboarding of recruited evaluators.
- Develop and execute targeted communication strategies to engage potential evaluators and showcase unique opportunities.
- Write clear, concise marketing materials in English (other languages are a plus).
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactive problem‑solving.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in lead generation, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Proven experience planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of direct recruitment strategies and tactics.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry and its key players.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English, French, and German.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with CRM marketing tools (Hub Spot), design tools (Canva), and AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Bard).
