Role OverviewAs a Growth Marketing Manager at Approvely, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution, managing multiple acquisition channels and spearheading initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to enhance our presence in the B2B sector, particularly within the gaming industry.
- Manage and optimize multiple customer acquisition channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyze marketing data to report on performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to keep Approvely at the forefront of the market.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing customer acquisition channels and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in the gaming sector is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup or early-stage company environment.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing platforms.
