Overview
We are looking for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of Shopper Marketing strategies within the Away From Home (AFH) Independent channel. This role will be a key partner to Sales and Marketing teams, driving innovative solutions that enhance product visibility and accelerate growth in out-of-home consumption outlets. Responsibilities- Lead the Po1 trade marketing calendar for the strategic AFH IND channel with double‑digit growth targets.
- Translate the Marketing Calendar into AFH IND monthly plans, including NPDs (New Product Development) and LTOs (Limited Time Offers).
- Budgets management (AM, Opex, FG) to drive Pepsi Co brands.
- Create channel‑dedicated shopper marketing programs to support key business priorities for Beverages and Snacks (e.g., Pepsi Meals, Mixology, Doritos Loaded, Lipton Bubble Tea).
- Lead cooperation with external agencies to co‑develop shopper marketing platforms for the AFH channel.
- Develop sales‑supportive shopper marketing tools for the strategic PEP Hub platform.
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure effective implementation of trade programs.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and contribute to post‑promotion evaluations.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage MyBuy processes – purchase order preparation and budget management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shopper / trade marketing, marketing, or sales within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the AFH channel and its key segments.
- Proven ability to manage projects and work cross‑functionally.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Creativity and focus on innovative solutions.
- Good command of English.
- Experience working with agencies and POS material suppliers is a plus.
