Reporting to the Team Leader, the CNC Operator will ensure continuity of production by operating machines and processes in accordance with station instructions and best practices.

• Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection rules.
• Responding to and reporting any security threats.

• Ensuring cleanliness and order at the workplace and its surroundings.
• Responsibility for product quality in the serviced area.
• Carrying out inspections and tests in accordance with workplace instructions.
• Compliance with good production practices and applicable standards.

• Ongoing process control in terms of raw material consumption.

• Production plan realization according to the schedule.
• Ongoing control of the parameters of the operated equipment/machines.
• Responding to possible equipment failures or technical problems and reporting them (Red Tag).
• Informing the Team Leader about any technical problem or defect in the operated equipment/machine.
• Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) plans in accordance with the schedule

• Share product, plant and process knowledge with colleagues as needed.
• Supporting the team's activities.
• Implementation of training in accordance with the Competence Matrix, taking into account the employer's needs.
• Compliance with working hours.
• Taking care of the company's prestige and good name.
• Commitment to financial results and effective implementation of the business plan of Paragon Siechnice Sp. z o. o.
• Knowledge of internal documents and regulations applicable at Paragon Siechnice Sp. z o. o. applying them in practice.
• Ensuring effective communication within the plant and with external institutions.
• Effective use of entrusted tangible and intangible resources: know-how, equipment, equipment, raw materials.

Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles is the employee's basic obligation.

In particular, the employee is obliged to:

• Know the regulations and principles of occupational health and safety, take part in training and instruction in this field and take the required examinations.
• Perform work in a manner consistent with the provisions and principles of occupational health and safety and follow the orders and instructions issued by superiors in this respect.
• Take care of the proper condition of machines, devices, tools and equipment as well as order and tidiness in the workplace.
• Use collective protective equipment, as well as use assigned personal protective equipment and work clothes and footwear, in accordance with their intended use.
• Undergo initial, periodic, control and other recommended medical examinations and follow medical recommendations.
• Immediately notify the superior about an accident noticed at the workplace or a threat to human life or health, and warn co-workers as well as other people in the danger area about the danger threatening them.
• Immediately inform your superior about your absences, such as on-demand leave, planned leave due to occupational medicine tests, blood donation.
• Cooperate with the employer and superiors in fulfilling safety obligations and occupational hygiene.

• Experience in working with CNC machines.
• Secondary Education.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and methods.
• Teamwork skills, accuracy and commitment.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
