** Atuar na programação das atividades de manutenção, garantindo a execução eficiente dos planos preventivos e preditivos, programação das atividades corretivas, com foco em aumento da confiabilidade do equipamentos da planta, alinhamento às necessidades da produção.
** Principais

Responsabilidades:

* • Planejar e programar ordens de serviço (OS) no SAP-PM, definindo recursos, materiais e prazos.
• Garantir aderência aos planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva, considerando restrições de produção.
• Priorizar serviços conforme criticidade e urgência, mantendo comunicação com áreas internas.
• Realizar follow-up com fornecedores e almoxarifado para assegurar disponibilidade de peças e serviços.
• Contratar e agendar serviços que necessitem de equipe externa.
• Controlar backlog, execução das ordens de serviço (OS) de manutenção, propor melhorias para eficiência em equipamentos.
• Apoiar nas programações de paradas de planta, assegurando recursos e prazos.
• Participar de reuniões de prioridades de processo, entender a programar as atividades de forma rápida e eficiente.
• Contribuir com informações para tomada de decisão do time de engenharia e liderança de manutenção.
• Senso de organização e atenção aos detalhes.
• Capacidade analítica e foco em resultados para atingimento dos KPIs.
• Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

* Requisitos:

* • Formação superior, desejável em Eng. Mecânica, elétrica ou Adm.
• Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em programação de manutenção (PCM).
• Conhecimento em SAP-PM, pacote Office e processos de manutenção industrial.
• Inglês intermediário.
• Noções de gestão de custos e indicadores de manutenção.
