Shift Supervisor; night shift

We are looking for an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to join our Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing night production operations, planning and controlling production processes, and ensuring continuity of work while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

• Execute the current production plan and take necessary operational actions to achieve it.
• Manage the production team (Team Leaders, Technicians) by planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating work results.
• Supervise compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices.
• Prepare production analyses, reports, and summaries.
• Ensure proper condition and cleanliness of machines and equipment.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives in manufacturing.
• Initiate and implement production process optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to meet production goals.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Higher technical education (preferred fields: electronics, automation, optics).
• Willingness to work exclusively on the night shift.
• Practical experience with advanced technologies and production process automation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, CE, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001).
• Proficiency in using LEAN tools and interpreting technical drawings and quality tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to prepare analyses, calculations, and reports.
• Proactive and positive attitude, diligence, responsibility, and a problem-solving mindset.
