Precast Laborer at Jamestown Macadam Inc
We are looking for a dedicated Precast Laborer to join our JMI Precast team in Kennedy, NY. The role requires familiarity with skid steers and forklifts, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of precast concrete work.
Requirements- High School graduation or GED
- Construction background
- Experience with concrete work (flat and panels)
- Organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Willing and able to learn technical aspects of precast
- Ability to multitask is beneficial
- Good stress management
- Ability to listen as well as lead
