We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Huber+Suhner Polatis!
We are looking for a highly skilled and accountable Program Manager to lead a complex, multi‑site programme encompassing facility redevelopment, implementation of LEAN one‑piece flow, the transfer of existing production to new locations, and a major production ramp‑up within an accelerated timeline.
In this role, you will serve as the single point of integration between workstream Project Managers and the Programme Director
-ensuring cohesive management of scope, schedule, cost, capacity, risk and change across the entire portfolio. Your leadership will be critical in delivering target capacity on time at every site.
This position is ideal for a strategic, forward‑thinking leader who excels in navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse teams and driving high‑impact operational transformation.
Key tasks:
- Project and Programme Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent facility development and production transfer projects, ensuring scope, schedule, capacity, and budget are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and executive leadership.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Prioritisation & Decision Making: Navigate conflicting priorities across projects, making informed decisions to maintain momentum and quality.
- Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on project and programme status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven delivery of large‑scale production ramp‑ups (≥5–10×) in discrete manufacturing or similar complex environments.
- Hands‑on experience in facilities redevelopment & production transfers (commissioning, validation, phased move/launch).
- Strong understanding of operational environments and production priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Polish and English.
- Strong LEAN manufacturing expertise: one‑piece flow, takt time, line balancing, Heijunka, visual management.
- Knowledge of Polish Building Law, PN/PN‑EN standards, and permitting processes
- Familiarity with OHS regulations and workplace standards in Poland.
- Advanced programme control skills (schedule, budget, risk).
- Competency in the following tools: MS Project, Power BI, Planner, Power Automate, SAP.
