KPS Life is looking to recruit Manager, Global Clinical Service and Delivery to join our team. Full time, permanent role, hybrid- 2 days per week in our office in Warsaw , Poland.

The Manager, Clinical Services & Delivery is responsible for leading and supporting the execution of clinical programs within KPS Life’s Functional Service Provider (FSP) model. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction while providing day-to-day oversight of assigned clinical staff. The Manager partners closely with clients and internal leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality services that meet business and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide line management, coaching, and performance oversight for assigned team members (e.g., CRAs, CTMs, CPMs, or CTAs).
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions to foster engagement and professional growth.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day clinical service delivery within assigned client programs, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with GCP and client-specific requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client functional leads, maintaining strong communication and ensuring alignment on priorities, resourcing, and expectations.
  • Support the transition and onboarding of new staff to ensure business continuity and maintain established site relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal resourcing and operations teams to plan and allocate resources efficiently across projects.
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Partner with client and internal leadership to identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization.
  • Participate in governance meetings, operational reviews, and client feedback sessions to support alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on budget tracking, utilization management, and other operational metrics to support cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, applicable regulations, and client quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop staff to support long-term career progression and strengthen functional capability within the FSP team.
  • Support proposal input or client discussions as requested by leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams effectively
  • In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory compliance, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC), and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • System proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably within a CRO or FSP environment
  • Proven success in managing clinical trials within CRO and overseeing large, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development, particularly within existing accounts
  • Proven current working knowledge of ICH E6 GCP and required local regulations, applicable and/or related to the performance of role duties and activities
