As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, we are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly to contribute to the economic success of the Group in Krakow.
Become part of our management team as soon as possible and take on a leading role in the area of Service Agreement Management.
As Team Lead for Service Agreement Management, you will lead a team whose primary mission is to ensure accurate and compliant internal cost allocation and settlement of services within the Mercedes-Benz Group. Your team is responsible for comprehensive lifecycle management of intercompany service agreements. This includes the creation, amendment, and processing of contracts, ensuring compliance with country‑specific and group guidelines. Your team will serve as the central 1st‑level support for Mercedes-Benz entities globally, coordinating closely with various internal departments and international partners.
Responsibilities- Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
- Recruitment and formation of a team for Service Agreement Management
- Technical contact person for the relocation of Service Agreement Management processes to Krakow in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring centers/departments and project management
- Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
- Management of the operational area of responsibility based on meaningful key figures and reporting to business partners and stakeholders
- Coordination with foreign back offices on the Philippines and execution of quality gates
- Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Hybrid work model – 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote
- Flexible working hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

- Initial management/leadership experience (technical and disciplinary)
- Understanding of processes of a multinational company/group
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Fluent in English, German would be an asset
