We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – someone with deep experience in digital marketing, who loves working closely with clients and a team. You’ll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, increasing cross-sell opportunities, and reducing churn.
Responsibilities:- Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients
- Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for Clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Working HoursThis is a full‑time role, and we’d love for you to have as much overlap with EST as possible, ideally working until at least 2-3 PM EST.
Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue. Experience working with US Clients
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success >
Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI‑driven marketing, and performance analytics.
- Experience in media planning and data‑driven marketing strategies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics, and CRM software
- Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Experience managing and motivating a team
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month*
