Senior UX​/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in the Space/Design industry and hands‑on experience with 3D CAD solutions. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and optimizing conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and engage directly with customers to validate prototypes and enhance the user journey.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into intuitive and engaging UX/UI solutions
• Engage directly with customers (website users) to discuss, test, and validate prototypes, ensuring solutions meet real-world needs
• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Optimize the user journey and conversion funnel through data‑driven UX improvements and competitive analysis
• Integrate 3D CAD solutions into the design process, ensuring seamless interaction and visualization for users
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance product features
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in UX/UI design

• Proven experience of over 3 years in the Space/Design industry
• Hands‑on experience with 3D CAD solutions
• Strong proficiency in Figma for prototyping and UI design
• Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion rates and enhance user journeys through outstanding UX
• Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills; comfortable engaging with users to validate design decisions
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and usability testing
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects, especially those involving 3D CAD and conversion optimization
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
