Process Improvement Specialist; data & analytics team

For our Enterprise Data and Analytics Office (EDAO), we are looking for a highly organized and transformation-minded Process Improvement Specialist (official title: Data Initiatives & Optimization Partner).

This is a fully remote from Poland
. In this pivotal position, you will drive operational excellence and process improvement, acting as a key enabler of transformation. You will support the implementation of optimized, AI-enabled ways of working, ensuring they are adopted effectively across our global functions. By collaborating with process owners and product managers, you will simplify workflows and deliver tangible improvements that strengthen EDAOs operational performance.

• Process Optimization: Partner with EDAO teams to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and co-design optimized, AI-enabled processes using structured frameworks.
• Ways of Working Enablement: Drive transparency by maintaining initiative tracking tools, process repositories, and documentation standards (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Training & Engagement: Design and deliver engaging enablement materials and training sessions that bring new ways of working to life for global stakeholders.
• Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs to measure process maturity, efficiency, and adoption, providing clear visibility to EDAO leadership via dashboards.
• Change Advocacy: Act as a change ambassador, supporting the EDAO Optimization & Agile Transformation Forum and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate workshops and process mapping (as-is/to-be) to align teams on improvements and track measurable impact.

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation, ideally within data, analytics, or digital environments. (Open for SMEs with process optimization & mapping skills)
• Ideally Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies and experience facilitating improvement workshops.
• Technical Savvy: Good to have experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or .

• Change Management: Proven experience supporting adoption initiatives across global or matrixed teams.

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
