We are seeking a proactive and problem-solving individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate across various teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of independently identifying improvements, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
The role & the team:Our team is responsible for project managing network onboarding for enterprise customers and carrier operations in terms of onboarding. The main goal is to ensure a smooth implementation process, coordinate actions with various teams, and resolve emerging issues. The team collaborates closely with technical and customer success departments.
What will you do:- Lead the onboarding of new carriers and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time for our customers.
- Create smart ways to onboard both new and existing clients, making our process easy to understand and efficient.
- Keep a close eye on timelines, ensuring every step of a project is completed promptly.
- Work hand-in-hand with our operations, product, and sales teams to make sure our onboarding processes fit perfectly with what our clients need and what our company can do.
- Spot and fix any potential problems early, protecting our project goals and keeping the onboarding process stable.
- Check how well our onboarding process is working and share feedback from our delivery partners with our product and design teams to keep making our tools and processes even better.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating independence and decision-making capabilities.
Language:
- Fluency in English.
- Professional-level proficiency in Italian and French.

- Strong communication skills to clearly convey processes, expectations, and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple onboarding initiatives and deadlines.
