Position: Sales Manager (IT Services and Cyber Security)
Location: Town of Poland

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at RHC Solutions
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling professional services, IT consulting, and IT solutions to medium and large enterprises across Europe.

You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning our services (Professional Services, CIOaaS, CISOaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions) as added-value extensions to our clients’ IT and security leadership teams.

Tasks
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our professional services and consulting footprint in Europe.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to guide strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of IT professional services, consulting, or IT solutions
    .
  • Proven ability to sell into executive-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CISO).
  • Strong network in Europe with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Initial stage: Compensation will be commission-only (% of closed deals).
