We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of the Odoo ERP system across our Company. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of the Odoo implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and successful user adoption.

• Define project scope, goals
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure alignment of Odoo modules with business needs across departments.

• Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, Odoo consultants/partners, and technical teams.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration to gather requirements and manage change.

• Oversee customization, configuration, and integration of Odoo modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
• Ensure data migration, system testing, and validation are completed successfully.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for third-party integrations.

• Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvements and standardization using Odoo functionalities.

• Develop and implement training plans for end-users.
• Support adoption through documentation, workshops, and ongoing assistance.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP project management, preferably with Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.
• Solid experience in managing full-cycle ERP implementations (requirement gathering to go-live and support).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Change management and user adoption expertise.
