Product Builder​/Co-founder

Overview

Flowtly is an intelligent business management and integration platform that brings HR, finance and operations into one unified system. We replace fragmented tools and manual reporting with a connected environment where strategy, people and budgets operate in sync. Flowtly works as an open integration platform, connecting existing systems such as ERP, CRM and accounting tools, eliminating data silos. Automated workflows support financial planning, HR processes and approvals, while built-in analytics and AI help detect inefficiencies and predict trends in real time.

The product already exists. We are now focused on expanding, improving and evolving it further.

We are looking for a Co-founder responsible for product development, who:

• can quickly understand an existing product and its logic
• has strong AI-first and builder mindset
• is able to independently design, build and test new product features
• combines product thinking with hands-on execution
• This is a role for someone who naturally blends Product Owner, Product Engineer and AI Builder.

• Actively develop and improve the existing Flowtly product
• Design and implement new features, automations and AI-driven capabilities
• Build and test solutions independently using AI, low-code and no-code tools
• Work on integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, finance, HR)
• Analyze product data and user feedback to guide improvements
• Co-create the product roadmap and set development priorities
• Prepare the product for future scaling and technical team growth

Must-have:

• Experience building or developing SaaS or B2B digital products
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and automation
• Ability to independently ship features without a full engineering team
• Solid product and business mindset
• Readiness for co-founder-level ownership and responsibility

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration-heavy or enterprise products
• Experience in developing cloud native applications
• Background in workflow automation and data-driven products
• Programming skills

• A purely conceptual or backlog-focused Product Owner
• Someone who avoids hands-on building
• A role limited to planning without execution

• A co-founder role with real influence on the product and company direction
• Equity and a true partnership model
• High autonomy and no corporate bureaucracy

• Fully remote and flexible collaboration

• Conversation about product thinking, AI and execution approach
• Discussion or demo of things you have already built
• Partner-level decision
