SCM Data Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for IT Consultant / Business Analyst with experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning (Forecasting) solutions.

In this role you will design and implement cutting-edge decision automation solutions to address complex supply chain challenges. This role involves analyzing customer data, applying decision automation models to enhance operational efficiencies, and collaborating with external stakeholders to identify and improve business processes. The position requires working as part of global project and program teams to achieve business objectives. You will have a tangible impact on existing and future solutions both internally and with the customer.

You will also work directly in industry projects and engage with external stakeholders to identify, investigate and analyze business processes and work practices.

• Must have: ability to communicate in spoken & written English;
  Polish is not required
• Self-directing with the ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate change
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the following areas: process automation / business analyst / data analyst / data science / data engineering / IT SCM systems implementations. This should include hands-on design / development work to build a working solution.
• A sound understanding of Supply Planning or Demand Planning processes
• Experience and skills necessary for effective front-office work with Customers: consulting mindset, problem solving, excellent communication
• Problem-solving, organization and presentation skills to identify opportunities, propose new strategies, prioritize tasks, collaborate with other team members and clients, translate and implement findings in a timely manner into actionable recommendations.
• Graduated or post-graduate in technical field, preferably but not limited to Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Logistics or similar
• At least intermediate SQL development knowledge
• Experience in Cloud Services (preferably MS Azure)
• At least basic agile software development framework knowledge
• Open mind and willingness to learn new technologies and skills in continuous development manner

• Design and implement advanced decision automation solutions for complex Supply Chain problems
• Constantly deep dive into Customers data, apply decision automation models and help reinforce greater efficiencies
• Directly work at industry projects, engage with external stakeholders to identify, investigate and analyze business processes and work practices
• Be part of greater project and program teams at global scale and contribute to deliver business goals

• Python knowledge would be a strong advantage
• Working experience in SAP systems (key user, testing, implementation) is a very strong benefit
• Rulex / KNIME / Alteryx / Blue Prism / Automation Everywhere / Celonis / RPA knowledge would be a strong advantage
• Other backend programing language knowledge will be an additional plus
