Business Change Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define change vision, case for change, success metrics, and adoption KPIs.
• Run discovery, create Change Strategy & Plan, define case for change and adoption KPIs.
• Stakeholder communication, training, and reinforcement plans that drive measurable behavior change.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments, define role-based adoption journeys
• Develop training curriculum, deliver training and hypercare.
• Integrate with program governance, maintain RAID, ensure compliance.
• Build adoption dashboards, define benefits traceability, drive continuous improvement.

• 6+ years in change management/organizational development/consulting within transformation programs.
• Demonstrated delivery of enterprise change across ERP/CRM rollouts, operating model changes, digital adoption.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter) and project methods (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
• Comfort with data-driven insights (surveys, adoption analytics, dashboards).

• Certifications:
  
  PROSCI, CCMP, PMP/Agile (CSM/SAFe), L&D credentials.
• Sector familiarity and multi-region change experience.
• Tooling: M365/Teams, D365 CRM, SharePoint, Power BI, LMS platforms, survey tools, collaboration whiteboards.
• Experience coordinating with HR, Legal, Comms, PMO, and Works Councils.
