QA​/Technical Test Lead - Warsaw OR Wroclaw OR Krakow

We are looking for an experienced QA /
Technical Test Leads to take ownership of test strategy and automation delivery within complex, enterprise-scale systems. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with close collaboration across engineering and product teams.

• Lead and develop a team delivering manual and automated testing across UI and API layers
• Design, build and evolve Java‑based automation frameworks
• Define test strategy, planning, data creation and execution aligned to business scenarios
• Act as a technical authority for quality, test architecture and best practices
• Partner with engineering and product stakeholders on requirements and design reviews
• Drive defect analysis, resolution tracking and continuous improvement
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
• Review test designs, automation code and development changes to ensure quality standards

• Strong experience in test leadership within enterprise environments
• Advanced hands‑on automation experience using Java
  , Selenium
  , JUnit (or similar)
• Proven background designing and maintaining automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and CI/CD practices
• Experience testing web applications, APIs and integrated systems
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
• API and performance testing, CI/CD tooling and Linux-based environments experience is desirable
