Operations Specialist – SAP CX Platforms

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Specialist – SAP CX Platforms (C4C, Commerce, CPQ). You will be responsible for the operational support, monitoring, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C V1), SAP Commerce, and SAP CPQ. You will work closely with key users, coordinate external development partners, and contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives across the customer experience landscape.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP C4C, Commerce, and CPQ via Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and interface stability across platforms.
• Conduct technical tests and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate and manage external developers (3rd level support and project delivery).
• Collaborate closely with key users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and improve usability.
• Improve data quality, including master data and product/pricing structures.
• Execute system maintenance and configuration tasks.
• Communicate with end users and provide operational assistance and training.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
• Support digitalization, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across SAP CX components and contribute to cross-platform consistency.

• Solid experience in at least two of the following: SAP C4C, SAP Commerce, SAP CPQ.
• Basic SAP ERP knowledge, especially in SD processes, IDoc structures, and OData services.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and structured support processes.
• Technical understanding of SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and integration monitoring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
