Should have 4+ Years in Functional Testing (Manual & Regression)

Should have US Healthcare Domain Experience with ADA Complains and WCAG Guidelines

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Analyst with strong functional testing expertise and solid experience in compliance-driven QA. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the US Healthcare domain, hands-on experience with test management tools, and working knowledge of test automation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing for web and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure applications comply with ADA accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
    , identifying and validating accessibility issues.
  • Apply strong US Healthcare domain knowledge to validate business requirements, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Utilize JIRA and Zephyr (or similar tools) for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
  • Provide input into test automation efforts using Selenium with Java
    , including test execution and maintenance of existing scripts.
  • Ensure timely defect reporting, prioritization, and verification of fixes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Core QA / Functional Testing
    .
  • Solid knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG accessibility guidelines
    .
  • Good understanding of the US Healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, providers, members, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Strong experience in of Selenium with Java for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Test Management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr
    .
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
    .
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience mentoring junior QA team members.
