About

The Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support our Customer Support team. You ll sit within the first line of defence, working closely with Support teams to ope rationalise EU regulation in a way that drives good customer outcomes, beyond just technical compliance.

In this hands-on role, you ll translate regulatory requirements into practical, end-to-end support processes, acting as a connector between Support, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Ope rationalising EU banking and consumer regulations across customer support and complaints handling
  • Translating regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, EBA Guidelines, complaints regulation) into practical support workflows
  • Partnering with Support, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to implement regulatory changes
  • Reviewing and improving support processes to ensure fair customer outcomes
  • Identifying and managing regulatory and conduct risk within support operations
  • Acting as an enabler to find, implement, and optimise compliant solutions that allow teams to move forward
What You ll Need
  • Experience in first-line compliance within banking, payments, or regulated financial services
  • Expertise in applying EU regulations to customer support or complaints processes
  • Previous examples of end-to-end implementation, not just regulatory interpretation
  • A solid focus on the customer journey and outcomes
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and challenge constructively
