Interim Polish-speaking SAP Change Management Consultant

YOUR MISSION

• Develop and execute tailored change management for a regional SAP S/4 HANA rollout
• Assess stakeholder readiness, identify barriers, and plan targeted interventions based on the ADKAR model
• Lead end-to-end change activities
  : communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management throughout the SAP implementation project lifecycle
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to align change management with solution design and deployment
• Deliver workshops and training to build SAP knowledge and drive adoption from both a technical and process perspective
• Track adoption metrics
  , monitor reinforcement, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable change
• Advise on business process changes driven by SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

• Proven track record in leading organizational change management alongside SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation projects
• Deep expertise in the ADKAR methodology at both individual and organizational levels
• Solid understanding of SAP-landscape (e.g. S/4 HANA, Ariba), related processes and their impact on business operations
• Proven ability to combine process insight and technical understanding in change management planning
• Ability to deliver effective training both remotely and on‑site
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication in Polish – English or German would be a Plus
