As our Conversion Affiliate Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient experience. You’ll be the main point of contact for partners, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all onboarding activities meet operational and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new conversion affiliates, from intake through KYB/KYC to go-live.
- Serve as the main point of contact for requirements, timelines, and status updates.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to collect and validate necessary documents (company info, UBOs, POA, etc.).
- Maintain checklists and SOPs to ensure onboarding is fast, consistent, and audit-ready.
- Support tracking and attribution setup to enable affiliates to launch campaigns smoothly.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to troubleshoot issues and unblock partners.
- 2+ years in onboarding, operations, compliance operations, or account management (experience in payments, fintech, or crypto is a plus).
- Solid understanding of KYB/KYC processes and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Affiliate or performance marketing onboarding experience.
- Familiarity with PSP rails, risk indicators, disputes/chargebacks.
- Experience with Sum Sub, iDenfy, Veriff, or similar onboarding/KYC platforms.
