SPANISH Technical Support Advisor

You will tackle simple or complex customer technical issues, assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes, and provide or recommend resolutions for technical and service issues. You will advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions, use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify defective products, and follow guidelines in issuing service calls and contacts.
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Good command of English (B2 level).
- 2400 BGN gross salary
- Fully paid training
- Excellent relocation package and relocation assistance: covers one flight ticket (or any other means of transport up to €300) and two weeks of hotel accommodation until the employee rents an apartment.
