  • Leading full project scoping activities and defining deliverables for HR-related IS initiatives.
  • Global Delivery Oversight
    • Coordinating cross-regional execution to ensure smooth delivery of complex international projects.
  • HR Systems Implementation
    • Managing implementation cycles for HR applications across payroll, time, or compensation domains.
  • Stakeholder Alignment
    • Facilitating alignment workshops to harmonize expectations across business and technical teams.
  • Project Planning Execution
    • Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation models.
  • Risk and Issue Control
    • Identifying project risks, establishing mitigation steps, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Quality and Compliance Check
    • Ensuring project outputs meet internal quality controls and follow defined IS standards.
  • Documentation Management
    • Producing structured project documentation and maintaining transparent reporting.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination
    • Managing external partners, ensuring contract scope compliance and timely delivery.
  • Agile Process Facilitation
    • Running Agile ceremonies and supporting iterative delivery within hybrid project structures.
  • Business Readiness Support
    • Preparing business functions for solution adoption through training, tools, and transition plans.
  • Identifying process enhancements and promoting best-practice methods across initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of managing complex information system projects in global environments.
  • HR Domain Experience
    • Minimum two years working with HR application implementations in payroll, time, or compensation areas.
  • Certified PM Credentials
    • Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum Master certification relevant to the role.
  • Solid understanding of structured project methods and established IS delivery frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Communication
    • Strong communication abilities enabling collaboration with diverse business and technical groups.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive project documentation for all phases.
  • Workshop Facilitation Skill
    • Capability to conduct requirements sessions, solution reviews, and decision-making workshops.
  • Consensus-Building Ability
    • Experience building alignment among distributed stakeholders with differing priorities.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving
    • Strong analytical mindset supporting identification of gaps, dependencies, and design impacts.
  • Self-Driven Work Approach
    • Demonstrated initiative and ownership in driving activities independently with minimal oversight.
  • Process-Improvement Mindset
    • Active interest in optimizing processes and contributing innovative suggestions to teams.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English to support international collaboration.
