We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of core banking systems
, preferably Avaloq
, to join our team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support implementation of banking processes and systems.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for core banking functionalities.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  .
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Avaloq or similar platforms.
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
  .
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.

• 8+ years
  ’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
  .
• Hands‑on experience with Avaloq Core Banking System (or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of banking processes: payments, securities, compliance.
• Experience in wealth management or private banking
  .
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Speaking English on daily basis, mainly in contact with foreign stakeholders and peers
