• Campaign Strategy & Execution
  :
  Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns, primarily in Google Ads
  .
• Media Budget Management
  :
  Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring consistent performance and optimization.
• Cross-Channel Support
  :
  Contribute to campaigns in Meta Ads and Linked In Ads where needed, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
• Reporting & Optimization
  :
  Build performance dashboards using Looker Studio or spreadsheets; extract insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with internal teams (content, design, SEO, analytics) to ensure campaign cohesion and relevance.
• Client Interaction
  :
  Support in client-facing sessions when required, to explain results and strategic directions in a clear, actionable way.

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns or clients simultaneously.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment.
• Familiarity with GA4

  , and spreadsheets for reporting and tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced level of English (C1).
