Qualifications

• SQL
• Power BI

• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes, KPIs, and financial metrics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical or data/insights-related role, preferably in an environment utilizing ERP or CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to translate raw data into valuable insights and clearly communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for data visualization and reporting.
• High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including querying databases and working with data warehouses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling data-driven narratives to senior leadership.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Analyze data from the central data warehouse and other sources using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven analyses.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand the drivers behind key business trends and identify areas for growth or improvement.
• Design and build data models, data marts, and views using SQL, in collaboration with the Central Data Team, to reflect business rules in reportable datasets.
• Present analytical findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and action-oriented manner.
