Role Description
Tech-savvy Paralegal within the Customer Success team, bridging between our company and customers to ensure they attain their desired outcomes using our product or service. This role supports customer success, satisfaction, and retention, while conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters to contribute to overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Legal Drafting/Review
- Draft legal language to fit client requirements for written agreements.
- Prepare required documents, which will be reviewed by a manager before sharing with the client.
- Customer Service
- Receive requests from users and leads, answering questions about services and managing Codekeeper accounts.
- Ensure requests are handled quickly and correctly within a full-service model.
- Tech Setup Support
- Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform.
- Ensure everything is administered correctly on our side.
- Sales Support
- Engage with leads who have questions, guiding them about our service as part of customer success from the first contact.
- Provide support via email and website chat.
- Report Drafting
- Draft and send back reports after inspecting information customers provide.

We are seeking a motivated individual ready to embrace this challenge. While extensive legal or technical experience is not required, familiarity with Legal Tech concepts is crucial.
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Experience working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency with modern web tools like Google Docs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
