We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead
, who would join a project for our renowned Swedish retail client, a leading international fashion and lifestyle company with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

SAP Process Executor will take ownership of the CBT Tech Architecture Workstream Quality Assurance framework
. This is not a testing role—it’s about defining how quality is assured across development, integration, and platform changes. You will establish governance, safeguards, and assurance mechanisms that ensure delivery excellence.

• Define QA governance across:
  Development lifecycle, Integration lifecycle, Data & Value Management (DVM) lifecycle
• Platform changes
• Establish quality safeguards, such as:
  Quality gates, Mandatory reviews, Control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live)
• Define and own: CBT QA operating model alongside Platform C4
  
  ERACI for quality ownership
• Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective
• Introduce assurance mechanisms:
  Independent reviews, Readiness assessments, Risk-based quality checks
• Define quality KPIs & leading indicators
• Act as second line of defense for delivery quality
• Align QA with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance

• Senior and authoritative, comfortable with governance
• Strong experience in SDLC, integration, and enterprise delivery
