We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join
The client is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of engines, filtration, and power generation products.
The role supports an S/4
HANA rollout to the Polish subsidiary, as part of a larger global template program.
- Role:
SAP CO Consultant - Location:
Cracow / Poland - Full time, hybrid
- Duration: 4 months+ extensions
- Manufacturing
- Act as a Technology Consulting Practitioner within the SAP S/4
HANA program. - Lead and deliver SAP CO (Product Cost Controlling) activities within the CO workstream.
- Perform Fit-to-Gap analysis between local Polish requirements and the global template, including solution adjustments.
- Design and deliver:
Functional Design, Technical Design, RICEFW objects, System configuration - Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, including UAT support.
- Support solution localization for Polish business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple functional work streams, PMOs, and local deployment teams.
- Provide guidance, decision-making support, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to key project decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5–15 years of experience in the SAP CO area.
- Master-level proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4
HANA Finance (recommended). - Experience with SAP S/4
HANA Cloud – Private Edition. - Deep understanding of:
Cost controlling processes / Product costing / Manufacturing / industrial environments - Strong expertise in Business Process Design.
- Solid knowledge of Accenture Delivery Methods
