We are currently looking for a Performance Tester to join our team.

Your tasks- Creating Innovative Next-Generation Performance Tests
- Planning and implementing tests
- Building a performance testing environment
- Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, Neo Load, and Load Runner
- Collecting results with the use of APM Tools
- Building automated analysis mechanisms
- Conducting the full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis
- Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors
- Proposing performance indicators
- Performing root cause analysis of performance problems
- At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, at least 1 year of performance testing
- Good knowledge of one or more programming languages:
JavaScript, Python, Scala or C# - Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN
- Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure
- Linux and Windows performance tuning experience
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)
- Ability to design and implement efficient tests
- Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools
- Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
