UI​/UX Designer – Level 2

Thrive Cart is a powerful platform used by over 50,000 people worldwide to generate over $5B in sales. Included within the Thrive Cart platform is a learning management system (LMS), affiliate management, cart and checkout functionality, making it a top solution for creators, coaches, consultants, and other businesses.

We integrate with everything you use and have a simple, clean UI with numerous features that allow customers to build income from existing traffic and we are the highest-converting cart for online businesses. Our business is growing, profitable, and backed by LTV SaaS Growth Funds, and we are looking to expand our footprint amongst online businesses.

We are seeking a Level 2 UI/UX Designer (Contract) to support active product development across Thrive AI. This is a hands‑on execution role with ownership of defined product areas. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver clear, implementation‑ready designs for AI‑powered workflows.

This role is ideal for a designer who is highly proficient in Figma
, comfortable working independently, and effective in a fully remote, distributed environment.

• Design user experiences across Thrive AI’s core objects:
  Brands, Design Books, Business Lines, Elements, and Assets
• Deliver:
  Wireframes, High‑fidelity UI designs, Interactive Figma prototypes
• Support complex workflows including onboarding, asset creation, and AI‑assisted editing

• Work within the existing Thrive AI design system
• Apply consistent patterns across:
  Creation wizards, Asset grids and detail views, AI prompt and response panels
• Contribute to reusable components and pattern refinement as needed

• Design intuitive UX for AI interactions (prompting, suggestions, previews, apply/retry flows)
• Leverage AI‑enabled design tools to accelerate ideation and iteration
• Ensure AI‑generated outputs are understandable, reviewable, and editable by users
• Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering
• Deliver well‑structured Figma files suitable for direct engineering handoff
• Iterate efficiently based on written feedback, reviews, and product requirements

• 3–5 years of UI/UX or product design experience
• Experience working in contract and/or remote‑first roles
• Strong ability to manage work independently with clear communication

• Experience designing SaaS or workflow‑driven applications
• Ability to balance speed, clarity, and quality in a delivery‑focused environment

• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools such as Figma AI features, Lovable, Similar generative or copilot‑style tools
• Familiarity with AI‑driven products or content creation platforms
• Basic understanding of frontend constraints (React, component‑based UI)
• Comfortable working from written specs and async feedback

• Designs are clear, consistent, and implementation‑ready
• Engineers can build directly from your Figma files with minimal clarification
• AI‑driven experiences feel intuitive and well‑integrated
• Deliverables are completed reliably within agreed timelines
• UX issues are proactively identified and addressed
