• Experience working with enterprise IT systems; familiarity with internal corporate systems and relevant
  SOPs is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and service request handling (e.g. Service Now or similar tools).
• Knowledge of user access management and platform governance principles.
• Ability to work in accordance with corporate IT policies, procedures, and risk management requirements.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage configuration changes and platform-related activities.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Advantage if the person:

• Interest in or working knowledge of product analytics / digital adoption platforms such as Pendo or Walk Me is considered a strong plus.

• Maintain and update ITSM system records (e.g. Service Now) in line with established processes.
• Lead and participate in the delivery of configuration changes on existing systems and platforms
• .Document, analyze, and process incidents and problems, ensuring proper resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Perform platform monitoring to ensure stability, performance, and availability.
• Document and process service requests according to defined procedures.
• Facilitate and manage the User Access Management process.
