Mid​/Senior Project Manager Officer with German

Your Tasks

• You will support organizations through strategic IT transformations (using your AI expertise to tailor customer-centered solutions)
• You will support project stakeholders in planning and tracking of projects & activities
• You will initiate and control various activities in the context of time, budget, scope management
• You will create a quality management system and continuous improvement of project quality while executing risk management activities
• You will oversee the planning and implementation of communication and stakeholder management
• You will provide support in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and project status updates for stakeholders.
• You will participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and gather feedback on project deliverables.
• You will assist in the onboarding process for new team members by providing project documentation and guidance.
• You will manage projects by leveraging AI to enhance e.g. resource allocation, budget forecasting, project planning & tracking or risk management

• Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• Proven professional experience (3-5 years) as a PMO or Project Manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environment
• Extensive experienced in agile and traditional methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, etc.) as well as agile project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure Dev Ops)
• Strong process management, organizational, time management skills with attention to detail and leadership experience
• Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit
• Excellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping
• High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
• Certification such as PMP, Prince2, PSM or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish, German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
