Le candidat idéal doit avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en assurance de biens et un permis d'expert en sinistre valide. Le poste nécessite des compétences d'analyse, une bonne connaissance des polices d'assurance, ainsi que des capacités organisationnelles et communicationnelles.
Le bilinguisme en français et anglais est requis.
