We are looking for a Business Analyst - PART TIME

The selected candidate will work at the intersection of business and technology, gathering requirements from scientific and operational teams, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and helping shape optimized, automated workflows. This role is key to ensuring that knowledge is structured, accessible, and efficiently processed across the organization.

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and project sponsors, ensuring alignment of expectations and clear communication
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements, including automation opportunities.
• Support the full project lifecycle: planning, tracking, and delivery monitoring to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create process diagrams and documentation using tools such as Visio, draw.io, or similar.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in process analysis and optimization.
• Ability to create clear documentation and process models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
