UI​/UX Designer

In line with OBRIO scaling and enhancement we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who will help us cover all UI/UX growth opportunities within the team in collaboration with another designer and develop new web funnels.

• Work where design drives growth:
  You'll join a fast-paced, data-driven environment where UX/UI Team, directly influences key product metrics, not just visuals.
• Join a supportive UX team (7 UX/UI Designers, 2 UX Researchers, and 3 UX Writers) led by Kate Cherenkova, Product Design Lead, — with a strong feedback culture, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship opportunities.
• Take ownership and drive strategy:
  You’ll own the UX for an entire business unit — from vision to execution — and play a key role in shaping product strategy, designing experiments, and launching new user funnels. Your input will influence not just how things look, but what we build and why.

• Formulate and test hypotheses related to user behavior, engagement, and product performance to guide design decisions and drive improvements;
• Leverage design thinking to enhance key product metrics;
• Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for product improvements;
• Continuously refine and improve the user experience by integrating user feedback, usability testing results, and data-driven insights into design iterations;
• Conduct thorough design audits to assess the usability, accessibility, and effectiveness of current design solutions;
• Focus on optimizing and streamlining the creation of new subscriber funnels.

To excel in this role, you possess:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (2y.), with a portfolio showcasing your work and problem-solving capabilities;
• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD);
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies;
• Experience with data analysis and user research techniques to inform design decisions;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists.
